Meditation is one of the most important practices that helps you relax,
focus and connect with yourself. Following instructions during meditation
helps organize thoughts, understand feelings and manage both together.
After research, I came up with fifteen very important instructions in the
meditation process, which are:
1- Reflect on the three things you are most grateful for!
2- Remind yourself that you are human and it is natural to make mistakes!
3- Remind yourself of the importance of learning from mistakes!
4- Reflect on the moment when you were most proud of yourself!
5- Try to take care of yourself as you would take care of the person closest
to your heart!
6- Reflect on any positive feeling you feel and try to enhance it!
7-Imagine yourself in a quiet and safe place to express yourself and release
your negative feelings!
8- Observe your physical sensations without judging yourself!
9- Reflect on a challenge you faced and write down what you learned from
it!
10- Reflect on your future!
11- Write down the most important criteria you want to have in it!
12- Meditate on one of your dreams and the method and strategy you need
to achieve it!
13- Meditate on nature and creatures!
14- Meditate on the purpose of life and write notes!
15- Pray.
