How do you take care of yourself?!

—- A very important question!!!
Self-care has five main types that it is best for anyone to try to add to their
daily routine in order to be able to protect their mind, body and soul in a
better way.
The first type: is physical care, which means practicing habits that help
improve physical health such as walking, swimming, breathing exercises
or even taking a short nap.
The second type: is emotional care, which means taking care of feelings
and emotions such as writing down thoughts, talking to a psychologist,
writing a letter to yourself or even listening to music.
The third type: is mental care, which means stimulating mental growth by
practicing mental activities such as watching a documentary, learning a
new skill, writing a story or putting together a puzzle.
The fourth type: is social care, in which a person takes care of his social
relationships such as volunteering somewhere or / and getting to know
new people or / and joining a group or even meeting an old friend.
The fifth and final type: is spiritual care, in which a person develops his
relationship with the Creator through prayer, practicing gratitude,
meditation and doing good.
