your thoughts, reduce stress and develop focus.
How can this technique be practiced effectively??
1- Practice it at least once every three months.
2- Choose a suitable time, for example, when you are alone and there is
nothing to distract you.
3- Take a deep breath and meditate for two minutes before starting to
write.
4- Start writing without setting priorities, which means writing everything
that comes to your mind directly without setting any strategies for that.
5- Keep what has been written and refer to it later in order to discover the
things that take up space in your thinking without you noticing them.
