The Behavioral Change Law is a way through which a person can change
his negative behavior and replace it with positive behavior that reflects on
his life and creates an environment suitable for positive habits and
behaviors.
The Behavioral Change Law, known as CHANGE, contains six basic
stages of change starting with:-
1- “C” is an abbreviation for CUE, which means the thing that motivates
you to do a certain action.
2- “H” is an abbreviation for HABIT, which means the routine in which you
want to develop in your life.
3- “A” is an abbreviation for ACTIONS, which means making practicing the
new behavior easier and facilitating its steps.
4- “N” is an abbreviation for NUTURE, which means creating a supportive
environment, such as surrounding yourself with positive influences and
sources.
5- “G” is an abbreviation for GOAL, which means having clear and
achievable goals in order to be able to focus and progress.
6- “E” is an abbreviation for EVALUATE, which means evaluating the
development periodically with the aim of continuing according to the plan
and making any necessary adjustments if needed.
