Every person needs social support in his life to be able to feel his
humanity, overcome difficulties and continue.
There are four types of social support:
The first type: emotional support, and here we need the people close
to us to express their love, trust, sympathy and care, especially in
difficult times.
The second type: practical support, which is tangible and helps the
person manage his daily tasks and responsibilities.
The third type: informational support. Information always provides us
with basic material through which we can obtain advice and guidance,
and based on it we can make the right decisions and solve problems.
The fourth type: social companionship, which includes spending time
with others, provided that we practice supportive and beloved
activities.
